What’s founding-member pricing?+
Join the waitlist and launch your shop within 2 months of opening, and your first 3 months are half price. Eligible early merchants keep the founding pricing shown on the plan cards for as long as they’re with us. Founding-member terms apply.
Do I pay extra for email, reviews or loyalty?+
No. They’re part of every plan, with no extra apps to buy.
What counts as an order?+
A paid customer order counts. Cancelled orders and test orders won’t normally count towards your plan limit.
What happens if I go over my order limit?+
We’ll let you know and suggest the next plan. Your shop should keep selling while we help you choose the right option.
Are prices including VAT?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which will be added where it applies.
Is there a contract?+
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
