Founding-member offer: terms

1. Who runs this offer

This offer is run by Braevi Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17522383, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“Braevi”, “we”, “us”).

2. Who can take part

You can take part in the offer if you:

• join the Braevi waitlist before account opening is generally available
• are opening a shop for a business or as a sole trader, and are 18 or over
• are based in the UK

3. How to qualify

To get the offer, you need to:

1. Open a Braevi account using the email address you joined the waitlist with. If you use a different address, email us at hello@braevi.com before you go live and we’ll link them.
2. Go live within 2 months of your account opening. A shop counts as live when it’s published with at least one product available to buy and a payment method connected.

We’ll email the waitlist once Braevi opens and account opening is available.

4. What you get

• Half price for 3 months. 50% off your monthly plan fee for your first 3 billing months after you go live.
• A founding price. Eligible early merchants keep the founding price for their chosen plan for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Founding merchant access. Founding merchants get a direct line to the team and a say in what we build next.

5. What the offer doesn’t cover

• Payment fees. Payment fees are the same for everyone and are charged at the standard rate, currently 1.6% + 25p on standard UK cards.
• PayPal fees, which are set by PayPal.
• VAT. Plan prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies and is worked out on the price you actually pay.
• Anything else you buy from us or from others, such as domain names.

6. Keeping the offer

You keep the offer while your account stays open and your plan is paid up. If you close your account, or it’s closed because payments weren’t made, the offer ends and won’t restart if you come back later.

7. One offer per business

• Each business can get the offer once, on one shop. [CONFIRM: whether extra shops on the Scaling plan are covered]
• It can’t be swapped for cash or combined with other offers, unless we say otherwise.
• It can’t be transferred to someone else, except where you sell your business and we agree in writing.

If we find accounts set up to claim the offer more than once, we may remove it from those accounts. We’ll tell you first and explain why.

8. Our promises to you

• Once you’ve qualified, we won’t withdraw the offer or shorten it.
• We may change or end the offer for people who haven’t qualified yet. If we do, we’ll update this page and email the waitlist, and anyone who has already qualified keeps their offer as it was.

9. How these terms fit with our other terms

These terms sit alongside the Braevi Terms of Service. If they disagree on anything about this offer, these terms apply.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
